Supporting Women in Business
At GE, Danielle is the President of the ECLP Commercial Women Committee. During her time on the board, she has facilitated multiple speaker events highlighting executive women and connecting them with current program participants . She has written multiple blogs for the series. She has also continued to promote the skills and experience of her fellow women colleagues through internal sessions and initiatives.
At the University of Notre Dame, Danielle was elected the Women in Business club president for the 2014-2015 academic year. During that time, she initiated multiple activities including annual social gatherings, started the ND MBA Women Facebook group, and encouraged participation in the local Mishawaka Girls on the Run charity. She was also on the planning committee for the Gender Dynamic in the Workplace conference at Notre Dame.
At GE Healthcare, Danielle developed internal strategic marketing and communication plans for an organization spanning over 7 regions with 10 languages. Her involvement included:
